CZ LOKO stock company received million-crowns grant for employee training.
Within the framework of the “Training Is a Chance” call for proposals, CZ LOKO, a.s. has received several million korunas from the European Social Fund to support education of its employees.The educational programmes will take place from March 2010 to June 2011 and the subsidy should cover all training-related costs. It is expected that a part of the grant will be allocated to computer technology for education, training aids and materials. The project is unique as it runs across the entire company and affects all company departments and various professions, even though workers, including less qualified ones, prevail. Another strong group the project focuses on consists of technical and financial employees. The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic approved this grant at the end of last year.
